Shimla Hill Abbottabad

Image
Shimla Hill is one of the oldest small hill range, that is located in Abbottabad. It is famous tourist spot. There is a track, which leads to a point, from where one can have a panoramic view of Abbottabad city. PMA (Pakistan Military Academy) can be easily seen from that point. The day these pictures are taken was 13th of august and on the next day was independence day. Cadets in the PMA(Pakistan Military Academy) were busy in the rehearsal for the next day passing out parade. The sounds of beating drums were echoing throughout the valley. I was much fascinated by having that view of Abbottabad and kakul from the top of Shimla Hill. Shimla Hill is famous for the its 200 stairs that can be used by the visitors to come down from the hill. A small amusement park is made for the kidz on the hill. Electronic swings and wheelers have been installed there on the top of the hill. Cafeterias and small canteen are available for the refreshments.  PICTURES OF SHIMLA HILL IN 2009 👇
